Stefanie studied German as a Foreign Language at the university in Freiburg and finished her Diploma in Colombia.
As a teacher, she is deeply committed to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. Her approach combines traditional methods with innovative strategies to ensure that each student feels confident and motivated to succeed.
Her own international experiences not only deepened her academic expertise but also enabled her to develop a strong cultural understanding, intercultural competences, and language skills.
Her journey as a teacher has been strongly influenced by her personal experiences, like growing up with the Russian language, besides German. Such a bilingual upbringing has provided her with a distinctive viewpoint on language learning, which she incorporates into her teachings.
A multilingual and cross-cultural outlook shapes her pedagogical approach, as she always encourages our students to engage with the international community as well as integrate into Germany, and appreciate the richness of various languages and cultures.
Her classes are, accordingly to our teaching concept, interactive, engaging and with a strong practical and cultural apporach.
