This course is right for you if you have completed A2 or have comparable German skills. You don’t need to speak perfectly, but you should already be able to:
At A2, mistakes, pauses, and searching for words are completely expected. The important question is: Can you already use your German to communicate in familiar situations? This course takes you from that still relatively elementary German toward more connected, precise, and expressive communication.
Already took B1.1 or even B1.2 before?
You may still be in exactly the right place. Completing a textbook or course doesn’t automatically mean you can actively use what you learned. If you recognize the grammar but struggle to access it when speaking, still rely heavily on basic sentence structures, or feel that your active German is closer to A2, B1.1 can help you turn previous knowledge into actual communication skills.
